Head of the Department
Department of Computer Engineering
The Department of Computer Engineering at Government Polytechnic College, Chelakkara,
is dedicated to producing competent and socially responsible technologists equipped to meet the dynamic
demands of the IT industry. The department offers a three-year Diploma in Computer Engineering
with an intake of 60 students per batch. Admissions are conducted through the centralized allotment process
of the Department of Technical Education, Government of Kerala, for candidates who have completed
SSLC/THSLC or an equivalent qualification.
